Deets: After wandering through the Rabat Medina, Jay and I stopped at one of the few restaurants in Rabat that serve beer and wine for happy hour. This restaurant/boat is a hub for tourists (the locals you encounter here are most likely sipping on Moroccan mint tea), has an awesome atmosphere and phenomenal food.
