Deets: One of my favorite U.S. somewhat still hidden gems is the Alabama Gulf Coast. The coastal towns of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach boast white sugar beaches, emerald green waters and southern charm. This particular beach straddles the Florida and Alabama state lines, and is home to a staple of the Redneck Riviera, the Flora-Bama. This lounge and oyster bar is an great spot for live music, cheap beer and mudslides.
